Implementation Steps

1. Create a Make scenario with a Schedule trigger (Fridays 8am)
2. Add Google Sheets 'Search Rows' to pull the week's data
3. Use the Text Aggregator to build the report body
4. Add Gmail 'Send Email' with formatted HTML
5. Run once to verify and enable the scenario
